I'm using Amazon SES to send emails, and the order confirmation email is being rejected. Is there any way to enable enhanced SMTP logging to see exactly what the rejection message is? Is there any way to see the "from" email? I'm wondering if it's sending it from the client's email (which most likely won't be approved), even if the mail messages section says from the cart's domain?

The problem is likely the from email. Use Dashboard / System / Component / Settings / Mail Settings, and update 'Override From Address' by setting it to true and run a test. If the mail goes through, that was your issue. If not, at least the bounce will end up in your mailbox.
