Unable to change log in information
Greetings!
I think I need a ticket for this but wanted to check -
I want to change the email address and password that I use for logging in. But when I am logged in, and click on "account overview", I am immediately logged out of the cart.
Do I need to open a ticket or is there some other way to do this?

What version are you running? Are you having this problem in the store, or the management interface? Have you tried clearing cookies, closing and reopening your browser then trying?

I looked under System / Component / Settings / Privacy Settings and the cookies setting is set to false.
Should that be set to true?
I am on V9 and am having this problem at the management interface.

Just cleared the kryptronic cookies in Firefox and restarted - still get logged out when I try to access the account overview.
I did put in a ticket just in case.
