Sending E-Mails
Hi,
I am trying to send marketing information to my customers. How can I do that without to much trouble?

I'm assuming you want to export your marketing email list, which you can do using Raw DB Admin and outputting the list in CSV format (core_emaillist table). You can import that into your mail client as an address book and send mails, or use a service like Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc. We have tie-ins for Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Listrak and iContact.

There is no way to sent it through ccp as was done in V8?

No, that functionality was removed as users were beating up their host mail servers sending bulk emails. That type of mail usage is best offloaded these days to systems that can handle it. Sending those types of mails off a webserver in today's world is a recipe to get your site blacklisted or have your messages end up in spam folders.
