Payment Gateway Relay IP Addresses

I deleted a bunch of authorised IP addresses from our SagePay control panel as many were old or not recognised. Doing so stopped us from being able to release the payments so we put them all back in and found that 010.227.177.003 fixed the problem. Is this your server? If so should there be a range of IPs that may be used as we noticed a few similar ones in there or are they defunct e.g.

010.227.163.001
010.227.167.003

What happens if your server goes down or there is a communication issue? Do we loose the ability to accept payments? Does the relay have to work this way or could it just go through our server only and remove one potential broken link from the chain?

Re: Payment Gateway Relay IP Addresses

010.227.177.003 is not us.  Perhaps it's a SagePay internal IP, or you're going through a firewall with that IP at your host.  I think you're self-hosted, which means the only thing you need Kryptronic servers up for is to run updates and get news when logging into your management interface.  If you are self-hosted you wouldn't need any of our IPs to process payments through SagePay.

Re: Payment Gateway Relay IP Addresses

They turned out to be internal to SagePay system but they did not identify them as such leaving it for me to guess their origin.

Re: Payment Gateway Relay IP Addresses

Curious they leave that there for users to remove at will.
