Help Desk/Support System
HI Nick
What help desk system are you using on your site.
I think it is helpdesk pilot, which costs around $4000
Is that right?
Looking at a few systems and the prices vary alot.
I will want it to integrate with the K9 backend

You are correct, we are using Helpdesk Pilot. It's a very old version that we customized and secured. It did not cost $4000 when we bought a license. Currently we're migrating to Jira to track software versions, changes and branches for some clients. They have a help desk available that I think we'll soon be replacing Helpdesk Pilot with. Jira is $10 a month for the basic account, and the help desk is $30 a month.
