Removal of cgiemail and cgiecho

A cPanel update installed today recommends that we remove cgiemail and cgiecho.I am fairly certain that K9 does not use them but can you please confirm before I run the removal sctript.

K9 does not use files with those names.  I believe those are stock cPanel cgi-bin scripts.  I always wondered why they were still in the distro.
