Block email address from contact form
Is there a way to block a specific email address from the store contact form???

That could be custom coded into {private}/core/CORE_FrontEnd/ext/contact.php with an exception for the entered email, or if a particular user is giving you a problem, you can just block their IP using Apache or your firewall or by using the admin settings in V8.
