Where to edit menu at very top of desktop?
Where do I edit the menu (menu items specifically) that runs across the very top on desktop view?

Edit the main skin file for the Desktop skin. You can do this in the management interface under Displays / Skins, or edit {public}/skins/Desktop/skin.php directly.
