Different Bill Ship Address

Is there a way to kick to review if the Bill to/ Ship to is different?

Until last year we NEVER had a problem with credit card fraud.  Now it is running rampant and we have to be oh so careful.

Under Store / Component / Settings / Order Manager, check 'Billing and Shipping Address Mismatch' under 'Order Review Conditions'.  That option is there for the very reason you've run into.
