Help! Getting Forbidden Error whren updating categories or products

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

Talk to your host.  Something (security-wise) is blocking your POST request.
