I am not able to receive order confirmation and out of stock notifications. The only way I receive the e-mail is by adding our e-mail address to cc for the customer order confirmation. Can you help.

Is the email address you're adding as a cc the same one that you are using in the to field? Or are they different? Trying to rule out a mailbox or spam issue with the emaill address.

That means the mails are sending, so check with your hosting provider to see what the deal is with receiving messages. If you can receive as a cc, as a to should work. Might be a spam setting or something like that.

Contact Jeff concerning all hosting issues, please. Before doing so, check various email clients to see if you get the same results. There isn't anything running on KMH which would cause this.
