Got this from a client today:
When a customer places an order, I'm emailed an Order Confirmation from the customer's email address. There is my logo that appears on it.
For some reason, if I reply to it, the customer never receives my reply. When I hit reply, I receive a pop-up about external content. If I choose "NO" to inclulding the external content, then the customer receives it. If I'm in a rush and don't click the "NO", theh customer never receives my email.
How do I go about removing that logo from the customer email? I can't just delete it in System > Component > Settings > Display Skins. It won't let me leave it blank.
