It seems that we have an issue all of the sudden with discount code entry. I don't know if it is browser related or what. The codes worked, but then complaints they did not in the last couple of days and we have confirmed they do not work as intended.
If you try to enter the code, one character at a time, the page refreshes at each character causing the error. If you paste the discount in, it works. We can shut off ajax checkout to fix it, but we'd rather use it if there is a possible fix. Is there a way to keep that field from refreshing until the code has been entered in it's entirety?

Could the addition of google codes create this issue? The only changes made to this website I can think of

Remove the javascript coding you implemented and see if that makes a difference. There should be a timeout on entry of characters into that field, allowing at least a second between each keystroke before refresh. If that timeout/delay is not happening, you likely introduced an issue by adding different scripting.

This is the required google adwords code and it is the issue.

PM sent this morning.

Skin looks good as per your PM. Can't tell what's wrong with checkout as you have ajax off. It appears other JS is working in checkout, though, as confirmed by doing a minicart rollover.

The site owner has a big promotion going on with a discount code on coupons and such so we don't dare turn the ajax back on on checkout, as they had already received several complaints the code didn't work. That is how we knew to look at it.
