System Dashboard > Store > Catalog > Product Option > list disappeared
All morning I've been updating products, adding options using the clone feature. Everything running smoothly. Then out of nowhere the options list disappeared upon cloning an item. All I get on the 'Related Option Selection Items' screen now is a box, rather than a drop down list. Now I have to manually type in the option items Even rebooted browser. Yet, those type drop down lists appear in other sections.
Weird. Ideas?

Check out this post, it has a reason for the display change (your listing has exceeded the max length for the base related items display) and a mod you can do to increase the limit you've hit:
