I have a client that has three websites and 3 instances of clickcart running. They have been trying to get smartpost shipping option to show up in the shipping options. They have spent time with fedex on the phone, and they state that clickcart must not be compatible. They say there should be a place in the software to add your hub number to returned to fedex in order for that to work.
What is the answer for them?

There isn't a place in the software to enter a hub number. We have not expanded the fedex shipping interface to include smartpost yet because it requires special handling.

So is the answer to this, it is not possible for them to use smart post or there is not a way to implement it? This is a big deal for them as the products involved when figuring via smartpost are many times less than half the cost for shipping, and without it, the shipping costs are usually a deal breaker in making the sale.
