Can you confirm there will be an RMA system built within V9 please? I read somewhere on the forum this was your intention.
Don't want to waste my time looking for an alternative if you are going to do so. :-)

V9 has a full return system built into it on the backend, meaning you can use the management interface to process returns, and everything is handled appropriately. You can accept return requests from customers using all normal channels, including email, the contact form, or a special dynamic form you set up for that purpose, or do them over the phone.
