Upgrades have been available to existing clients like yourself since December of 2016. We simply have not released the software to new users yet, but are planning on doing that as well this fall. Submit this quote request form to get a ticket open for a new K9 build:

I completed the application for upgrade since october. I am yet to get any feedback from your end.

We got your quote back to you on Oct 3, and followed up by resending it to you on Nov 6, and again today. Check your hotmail mail account for messages from level1support at kryptronic dot com.
