I have a couple of shipping options which I regularly enable and disable so would like them to appear at the top of the list in the management interface. Is there a way of doing this?

Which function are you using to adjust these options? Are they product fields, or settings?

Hi Nick,

in the management interface I would like to change the order in which the shipping products appear. For example, I might want "Courier - Tracked - region 4" at the top of the list.

Have you tried changing the torderby column in the core_tabledefs table for the correct table id??

thanks Zanart, that's exactly what I needed. I have changed torderby so the identifier comes first and I can change the product identifiers so they are listed in the order I want.
