Javascript Image (Verification Image) for site - Under existing banner

Hi I have a line of Javascript and an image connected to it which needs to be placed on the site, I can do this in the Splash page ok, but I really want it on the far left under the small banners, where would I do this?

Edit your skin and put in the in correct div (where the sidemenu is printed).

skin.php? or all.css

skin.php.  You'll need to add your HTML code to the proper div there.
