When utilizing cardservices Linkpoint HTML, they allow a return to store URL.
Should the cart receive a response back after processing online thru a cgi call?
If so what should the URL to the script be?
Or is the cart finished after passing the data along to the Online Processor?

The cart is not finished when Linppoint gets the order. The user does need to be pointed back to your store to change the status of the order and process the confirmation emails. That said, point the Linkpoint URL to:

http://www.yourdomain.com/cp/cgi-bin/cp-app.cgi

And be sure that it IS a cgi call.
