I hope everyone is having a nice week so far.

My question has to do with creating forms.  Specificaly, when I create a new form, the script always requires users to fill out all of this contact info, just to move onto the actual questions. 

Is there a way for me to delete some of the required information?  (Currently, it asks for name, address, phone, city, country, etc.)  I've looked everywhere in the admin area--including the "dynamic form generator" area, but have not found where I can delete some of the required fields.

  Any help is really appreciated, so my customers don't have to jump through hoops to reply.
