Turning off the Provide your payment information over the telephone

Cant find it? I have been looking for a week and cant find an answer to this. I have been trying to turn off the choice of paying via credit card or Provide your payment information over the telephone. I want to eliminate the pay via phone option. Can this be turned off?

Location: System Dashboard > Store > Commerce > Processing Gateways
and select false for the active status.

Is that what you mean??

That's the contact customer method.  Turn it off under Store > Commerce > Processing Gateways.
