I am trying to add a link to the footer of my webpage that displays on all pages.
I cant seem to find where to edit them, I want to add a link to take users back to top of page.

The skin.php for your specific skin would be the general place to put it as it would show up on all pages, the problem is tho getting it to return to the specific page being viewed so you would need some code logic to create the correct link. You could hunt down all the includes that create the pages (like the product pages) and include the link in those which could be a little eaiser but not all pages have includes that can be done that way.
