I tried to update the online payment method for my installed software, and no changes ever get saved. When the screen refreshes after submit is clicked, everything is back to defaults. All my files are owned my my login and set 0777. What must be done to get online payment to work. I also posted about not being able to add products to my cart and had no response.
Please point me in the right direction to solve my problem.
You mentioned in your other post that you're using RHL 6.2 - that's what we're on here. I assume you've been able to login because you've added products, so I assume something is corrupted. If this was an FTP install, try reinstalling the program as it is likely that not all files made it up to your server intact.
