When checking out in my cart - I am only allowed to click on "Provide your payment information over the telephone" even though "Purchase using your credit card" has a radio button but when you click on it the radio button stays clicked with the "Provide your payment information over the telephone"

I am using Paypal Pro - I have set up my API info and have set it to true.

Any ideas?

Both options seem to be functioning correctly for me from here.

Hi...FWIW...I just tested your site using IE9 and had no issues. I was able to click on either option and the correct fields followed.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for looking at my site - What do you think the issue could be - I am not able to click on the check out button - when I do click my the checkout buttons my site goes white and refreshes the screen as well as my checkout buttons only show 3 letters in each box. I am wanting to test my checkout with my test product but am not able to do so. Both you and Dave had no problem- Dave went as far as placing an order and I see that it went to the Credit Card screen...... Anyway if you have any idea why my browser is not working with this I would be very appreciative.

What browser are you testing on?

If you're not running software version 8.0.2, update to it. A fix was made in that update for MSIE 7 and 8 (your IE9 may be running in compatibility mode). Update instructions:
