Offline order processing problem

Hi,

I am continiously facing offline order processing problem.
I have installed the clickcartpro software at :

http://www.candybarwrappersonline.com/clickcartpro
All the files have been uploaded up there. Everything works fine except the payment stuff.

Now for secure server path, I have been told that the path is :

https://websvr5.mn1.fasturl.net/ssl/can … online.com which points to the www-secure directory on my server.

I simply want to setup a email order info setup ! nothing fancy. Can anybody who has been succesful in doing this guide me as how to do this ?

Also do we need to upload the entire site on the secure directory as well ?

Any help will be highly appriciated.

Regards
Abhishek

Re: Offline order processing problem

It looks like the path to the cgi on your secure server is:

https://websvr5.mn1.fasturl.net/ssl/can … cp-app.cgi

You have two problems though:

(1) The script does not execute - contact your host to find out why.

(2) The images directory is empty - contact your host to find out why.

It seems the secure account may be set up improperly.  Once the issues with your host are resolved, if you access the URL above directly CCP should execute.

Re: Offline order processing problem

Dear Sir,

I am really in need of your help. Please let me know answers to my query.

Can you please let me know if we need to upload the entire cgi-bin folder in the secure server as well ?

Also which folders under images folder shall we upload for it to work properly ?

It will be very kind of you if you can give me some sample URL path as what shall we enter into the three fields (for offline payment processing) :

Path to Secure Site Payment Script (Full URL):
Path to Secure Site images Directory (Full URL):
Online Processor URL:

Value for item 1 and item 3 will be same ?

The path to my secure directory is https://websvr5.mn1.fasturl.net/ssl/can … nline.com/

We need to implement two projects with the same specs for both our licences.

For us to continue using clickcartpro for future projects, we really need to know these basics, which are not documented in the manual.

Solution can also be emailed at talash@talash.net

Re: Offline order processing problem

I hope they don't just e-mail you the answer. Because I'm having the EXACT same problem.

And to varify my secure servers address I uploaded a test script and it work perfect.

Main site: http://www.discount-hondaparts.com

Secure server: https://mpcinternetworks.com/ssl/discount-hondaparts

I uploaded the complete cgi-bin from the main site and the complete images directory with no luck.

Waiting... Chuck Dobbs cdobbs@deprise.com

Re: Offline order processing problem

This stuff is not as hard as everyone is making it out to be.  Just enter in a few CORRECT urls and everything will work fine.  You'll need to do this in program settings | edit online processing settings.  You're all in luck because the CCP demo is already set up in this way and you can use the administrator as an example for your own setups.

The most common problem people have with a secure setup is on the host side.  In order to use CCP as the samer-server secure script (some people choose to post to a secure script on a completely different server), you need to ensure your data, images and cgi-bin directories are fully accessable by both http:// and https:// connections.  This can be done by hitting different URLs in your browser.  If you can't find a particular script or URL via https:// the most likely cause is that your host has not correctly aliased that directory for your secure setup.

One note: For the CCP demo, we do not actually use a secure server - we post back to the same insecure script.  Substitute https:// for http:// in the demo and you'll get the idea.
