Leave it to California to do things different...
In California if a program is delivered electronically and nothing is shipped, then that item is non-taxable. However if the item is shipped, then it becomes taxable. I'm selling all of my items as Digital so I want sales tax to be 0.00 unless the client clicks on the option to ship media.
I see within CCP we can mark an item as type DIGITAL but CCP is still charging sales tax on these items. Where in CCP do I specify a sales tax rate for each tax class type?
