extra large images scaled down

My extra large images are being scaled down
e.g.     446px × 1,170px (scaled to 347px × 911px)
Is there a setting that cancels scaling down of extra large images?

My v6 menu says to go here:

ClickCartPro > Settings: Application Settings Menu > Image Specifications



*Edit: I might be wrong on that. That page does not control xlimg  size

thanks for your input.
Yes, there does not seem to be any control for xlge images. I found in the meantime that depending on the size of my images it sometimes gets it pretty right.
Also, the aspect ratio seems to have some effect i.e. if the height is larger than the width CCCP is struggling but if its the other way around it gets it right ( sometime)
