Question about single signon

I am building out a new site with ccp7 and joomla.  I am working on full integration and using the single signon.  I would like to give user the option of using a social login like a Facebook acount for example.  I found a joomla extension, LoginRadius, that creates the link for social logins to joomla.  I expect that I will need to get jfusion as well to truly create the bridge between ccp and joomla.

Has anyone else tried to do this?

Thoughts?

Re: Question about single signon

This is something I wish CCP would do too.  X-Cart uses something called Janrain to allow login with Facebook, Twitter, etc.  I am hoping CCP 8.x has similar built in features:

What about it Nick?

Re: Question about single signon

Loftisteel used jfusion with Joomla and CCP to hook into Kayako.  As long as jfusion works with Facebook, it will work through Joomla and jfusion with CCP.

Re: Question about single signon

Great news and thanks for the update.

Just patiently awaiting the 8.0 release... and I appreciate the time that is being spent to review and QA before pulling the trigger.
