Auto-Update Tracking Information?
I use PayPal and Stamps.com to ship. Is there a way for either or both to auto-populate my database with tracking numbers and shipper information? Doing it manually is difficult and time consuming.

No way to do this automated. You could however write a cron job that runs every hour using their API's.

Checkout Shipworks and the Shipworks CCP module, I believe this will work for you. I use Shipworks for all the label printing, and I have the Module, but have not used it yet, but I believe it will update the tracking status.

Shipworks does not add the tracking number, only that it shipped.
I stopped using Shipworks because if someone bought 2 of an item then it would only post 1. And I have specials such as buy a pea sheller and get a corn cutter for only $10. It would not show the added products.
I had a couple of other issues with it, but can't remember exactly what.
