ONLY on my checkout page the form footer isn't loading i.e. the submit button isn't there, going to another form such as
Update your billing information. from there and it shows.. any ideas?

Thanks ! I fixed it, my bad.. sort of, client set some shipping settings, forgot , told me she didn't, I have custom code in the shipping includes to remove the button and display a message when certain conditions are met, her changes to the custom shipping code values broke it. she had also had someone tweak all the styles , at the same time she edited those, so I went looking in the wrong direction.
