tTrying to update a product in the backend and it's telling me "You did not complete all of the required fields before submitting this form. Fields missing data are highlighted. Please try again."
But not a single form is highlighted. There's nothing in red. There was, I added something to that required field and tried again but it gave me the same error. And this time nothing is highlighted.
Any ideas?

Normally the left menu has red where there is missing fields.

Don't know if it's the source of your problem, but your product Identifier 5-4324 is using a character that is not on the recommended list, ie, the character -
The list recommends A to Z, a to z, 0 to 9 and the _ underscore character. Your - is not listed.
Once again, I don't know if it will make any real difference, but it can't hurt things to stick with the software recommended characters.

I would have a look at the display tab and make sure all the fields are completed.

How am I suppose to edit that? It won't even let me edit it in the Raw DB Admin

Simply clone the existing item and give it an identifier that complies with the instructions.
Then delete the old one.

I just tried to edit a product with id PABD1162P and got the same issue, so that can't be it.

Figured it out, the "Realtime: Local Delivery Carrier" checkboxes were not checked.
Can anyone else confirm this? It should be highlighting that field if not selected, but wasn't. Is there a place we report bugs?
