Is no one using Joomla and clickcart together

The menus will not show up on the Store splash page nor can I get the store menus to displ;ay on the Joomal Side of the Site. I have uninstalled reinstalled no change, rewrote the .htaccess, the only change comes when I do not activate the Skin importer, then I can see a vanilla Store front. But the Menus will still not Display on the Joomla Splash in this config. I have Several Joomla Sites and  other clickcart sites, they all work fine. http://www.deepcreeklures.com is the site. This is my firist Joomla ClickCart Intergrated site. have changed the Location URL to several different paths and have tried several different templates that do not have the Gantry Frame Work and no change. I did import this site from deepcreeklures.net  to the .com site I did  have a redirect at the .net site to redirect to .com but after I imported the site I killed the redirect. Both sites are, at the momunent live. I need to clarify this, the .net site was a site with a redirect from .com to .net for a long time before I started the .com site . Someone else had built a .com for this company and would not release the .com site, so I built a .net site and waited for the .com to become avaibale, then bought it and then created the redirect from .com to .net . The .net is a subdomain the .com is its own domain dedicated IP SSL, just trying to give more info.
