Cannot Ship First Class International
For some reason, my customers are only getting a Priority option. Why would this be?

All sizes -- mostly either letter or small packages. I just sell paper goods like cards and stuff. Under the 13 oz limit.

Go to System Dashboard > System > Software > Installed Software, look in the list and see what version of shipping is reported under the "Store Component" section, lattest version should be 7.1.4.
