I did the CCP6 update and now have no checkout. My site has all the products, the links seem to work but when you go to check out you get the message
"Your shopping cart is currently empty. If you would like to make a purchase today, add items to your shopping cart."
The URL is: wwwcjars.com
I have run the install and the cookies are set correct (.cjars.com & /) but I cannot get the cookies to set for the checkout. Our site is basically down except for phone orders and we really need some help. Does anyone have a idea what could have caused this after the update. I followed each step and then removed the demo items from the store which the update installed.

I went to your site and added something to the cart, then clicked through to checkout. It is definitely behaving like a cookie problem.
I noticed that the URL did not change to https when it pulls up the checkout page. Here's the url that shows up:
http://www.cjars.com/index.php?app=ccp0&ns=checkout&sid=e87xq56qlffs4zsuw18yz78607pu1oe0&portrelay=1
Check the installer again and verify that the secure domain starts with https and the ssl cookie path is /

I has actually removed the ssl to see if that may have been the problem. I does the same thing either way. I have run the installer but still will not work.

Got it working...Used MyPHP to repair cart table and that was the problem.
