I have no idea what's going on. Ever since my site was converted to the new CCP 7 I've been having a handful of customers being double charged. A duplicate charge happens at the same moment as the initial charge. I've discussed this with my merchant account and they say according to their records it's a problem with Kryptronic. I'm even more baffled, because it's not with every customer. It's occurring more and more starting out last month with 1 and this week I have had 3. I've even discussed this with my customers to see if by chance it's user error, but it certainly doesn't seem to be that way. Any help would be appreciated.

Correction: The duplicates are not happening instantaneously. The first one happened 3 days later (the customer said she wasn't even logged in that day) and the others happened a few minutes apart.
