Problem with Security

Hi there,

One of our customers was buying a product from our website, and as they were filling out their personal information on the check out page, the page automatically filled in another person's information.  We are concerned that this might indicate a security problem.

Please let us know how to troubleshoot this problem.

Thank you.

Re: Problem with Security

Was this done on a public computer, or did the customer get to your site from a link from somewhere else? Does the computer in question have the auto fill forms activated?

If you go here-

I would assume that "Suppress SID in URLs*" is set to false.  If you set this to true, you cannot share sessions across multiple browsers, which would prevent the issue you're seeing.  However, if a user doesn't enable cookies, then there's no way to store cart information, so that's why this feature is here.
