My Contact Form shows <title>Company Name</title>
Where would I change this?

I haven't tested the form yet so don't know what's on email.
"Company Name" is showing on browser title bar when I access the contact page.

Thanks John - that would set a global change whereas I was looking to set at page level for the contact page alone.

I've just realised that anything inserted in System Dashboard > System > Component > Settings > Frontend Meta Information
shows up on all of the following pages...
Cart, Checkout, Advanced Search, Account Overview, Email Subscriptions, Delivery Address Book., and of course the Contact page.
Can anyone assist me with how to change the values?

CCP doesn't provide an option to set the page title separately for those pages.

I'm disappointed with this situation.
Having the same meta title, description and keywords for more than half-a-dozen different pages is not good.

The more I think about this the less I like it.
It is unhealthy to have so many pages with the same unchangeable meta title, description and keywords.

Since these are system function pages and not pages that you want indexed, just make an entry in your robots.txt file to block bot access to them.
