pricing type for the product
in the drop down menu: missing Wholesale Price....
user group Wholesale.......unable to see wholesale price...

There is no drop down for wholesale pricing, you need to activate the wholesale system at System Dashboard > System > Component > Settings > Wholesale and Affiliate Account Settings, once this is active wholesale customers will be able to see the prices placed in the products wholesale price field.
