products per page

where is this setting for V7?
Im trying to get a 3 items per row display and trying to even it out so there are no 'blanks'. If I can change the 'products to display per page' to a number divisible by 3 that should do it....... I think.

In ccp7 it's at System Dashboard > Store > Component > Settings > General Store Settings, if your talking about displays within categories you will have to make the edit for that category at System Dashboard > Store > Catalog > Categories.

How would I do, say, 16 products per page in 4 rows of 4? Or maybe 12?
