I have a bit of a problem with only part of the alternative delivery address details for a customer being used in another piece of software. The delivery address, when it includes a company name and the company/customer name within the email receipt appears in the format:
'Company Name'
'ATTN: Mr A B see'
This is causing us some problems. I need to identify which fields are being used for the delivery address data but as it is I have no idea where this info is stored (gbu0_cart?) and how to retrieve the correct record as a search facility doesn't appear to exist.
I don't think I'm making much sense here but hopefully someone will understand what I mean?!?!
