Hi,
I have set up Option Selection Items, 1 through 40
and Two Product Options, Starting Number and Ending Number
and have checked off 1 through 40 in both options
Then, I checked both Product Options in the actual products,
Starting Number and Ending Number.
When I go to the product, I select my quantity, Starting Number (ex. 1)
and Ending Number (ex.10) and click Add to Cart. The following
error is given and the product will not add to the cart:
"An error was encountered while adding the selected item. Required information was not completed. Please try again."
There is nothing highlighted on the screen, so I have no idea what to fix.
Any ideas?

Hi,
I am, essentially, trying to put input fields on my products, which will indicate custom names
that go on the products, without effecting the product or the quantity. The option fields,
either text box information, or selection lists should show up on the order confirmation. Is
there a way to do this?

Hi,
Since I am not familiar with debuggers, I went through the spreadsheet (.csv) and
tried to figure out what the cause might be. It was simply the date/time stamps. I deleted
it from each item with custom fields, and the options started working.

I am having this same issue, deleting date/time did not help for mine
