I'm new here and am trying to figure out an easier solution to a few things:
How do I change the options that an order comes in as?
Currently my options for orders is pending shipment, not completed, cancelled and completed.
I would like the QuickBooks export to provide more information. My order number doesn't come in properly. I have to manually enter in the delivery address when it differs from the billing address.
Is there any add on software available that can better integrate with FedEx? I don't imagine Amazon prints out each shipping label seperatley.

Shipworks does not work for Canadian FedEx. Do you have another suggestion?

I use Harvey CPS and connect to the CCP database table using ODBC. It automatically updates the tracking number and shipped status. Check it out here: http://www.harveysoft.com/
