HD SEO Extension
I just purchased the extension and ran the installer but the extension does not show up under System/Settings/Extension Module
It doesn't show up under installed software either.

When you ran the installer did you tell it to over write the core files? If you did and it still isn't present make sure you used your V7 license key when you purchased it. I've seen a number of people use their V6 key to work V7 XMODs.

I have followed the steps below several times now, just to be sure I wasn't missing something.
No change.
Step 1-5 Submit with no changes
Step 6 Choose 'No, do not reinstall/update Pear modules.'
Step 7 Choose 'No, do not reinstall/update the Core database.'
Step 12 Choose 'Yes, reinstall/update applications(s).'
'Overwrite all files' left EMPTY
'Only install new applications and modules' Checked
Step 13 Choose 'Reload with recently changed definition files only'

Step 7 needs to be Yes since the HD SEO XMOD is a core update.
