Google rejects my sitemap. Does anyone know what seems to be the problem? Any ideas? I've got everything setup right in CCP.

It looks like you've sent us a file in a format that Google Base does not
support: Google Sitemap. Our system is currently able to accommodate only
tab-delimited text (.txt) and four types of XML (.xml) files. You can also
submit a .zip or .gz compressed version of the above formats. Please read
the following for detailed information on the file types we will accept:

Please resubmit your data feed after you've saved it in one of our
supported formats. We'll notify you if we need you to make any additional
formatting corrections.

Let me add to my previous post and say just because google base doesn't accept the site map, that does not mean that it is either not good or that the mod isn't working. The site map is generated to help google crawel your site and for your customers not for google base which need more information than is present in the site map.

How do I know that Google is accepting the sitemap? The site map is also rejected by Google Analytics.

A site map is not related to or used by any of the Google "other" services. In the Google Webmaster tools is where you'll find the information about whether or not Google has found and is using your site map.
