Contact info not stored in order

We had a serious glitch in the order processing system yesterday:

Basically a customer completed an order for approx £143 and paid through the WorldPay gateway - but somewhere in the process all billing address and contact information was wiped from the order. This also meant no country was stated in the order which promted the software to deduct the VAT - a whopping £22 deduction from the total payment. The customer has previously registered and completed orders without any issues also using WorldPay.

We need to know if:

A. This issue is likely to be a bug in the ClickCart OR more likely to be an issue with WorldPay.

B. There is any way we can force the software NOT to do VAT deductions if billing info is completely or partially missing due to glitches or bugs.

Our website is wwwcontextinteriors.co.uk - we have our prices set to include EU tax and only show the included price. We are running the GBU version of Clickcart 6.

I can provide more iformation if needed, please help!

Just to follow up I have now spoken to Worldpay and according to their logs all relevant billing and contact information was recieved and relayed as expected.

The order total was already reduced at the point where information was sent to Worldpay indicating that there must have been an issue with the order processing script within CCP6.

Is this a one-off glitch or could there be something else wrong?

We are having the same issue once in a while. The billing and shipping address are missing but the payment processing cleared so we only had the info form the payment processor to ship the item...Anyone have a solution or idea?

It only happede that once for us - and we have put it down as a connection glitch either with the hosting or the database. I spoke to the payment provider and they said everything was processed correctly from their side of things and information was relayed as expected.

How often does it happen to you?... was hoping this was a one-off
