purchased module issue

Just purchased t-hub, reran the installer in order to get the mod but no luck.  Did it 2ce.  This is our 3rd module and the other 2 went in without a hitch.

Felt like I could call Kryptronic, you know, because we've spent almost a grand here, but no luck there either.  The support option tells me to go sign up on the web - pay $50  (hell no) the sales option wanted me to leave a message.  It's 09:58 my time EST so someone should be there.

Nice cart but WTF?

And did you leave a message as requested?  Jeff is in the office and likely busy with another customer which is why you got voicemail.

When running the installer did you check "Only install new components and modules." at step 12 and leave "Reload with recently changed definition files only." selected on step 13?

Yes.  Done it before.  Maybe it's a license thing?  Anyway I'd like a conversation with someone.
