PayPal (Pro Direct Method) - Secure Server Refuses To Work

"An error was encountered while processing the information submitted. Please try again."

All the gateway information is correct. We've (Pivotal Payments and I) have gone over it field by field. They are able to run transactions through the account at their end.

In the meantime I am running InternetSecure - Payment Form which runs flawlessly (please don't just say I should just use this then, it is out of my hands, we need the Paypal gateway to work)

I enabled the debug for all of 30 seconds while I ran a payment through.

Is there something I should be looking for? I understand it is asking a lot for someone to go through them. If someone does, GREAT!, otherwise I would just like some pointers to point me in the right direction.

You'll want to remove those files from public view Matt.  They contain sensitive data.  I've removed the links from your post and will look at them real quick.

The last file you had linked has the clue:

KHXC_Remote::connect: unable to use client certificate (no key found or wrong pass phrase?)

The API password is the default that is shipped with CCP so I'll guess that you have not entered the correct information in admin under

Home > ClickCartPro > Settings: Application Settings Menu > PayPal Website Payments Pro Settings

That's where the certificate, API user name and password get entered.

I looked at that but I was never given any API information. I will dig deeper into that information and post back. Thanks for pulling the debug files!
