We upgraded to version 7 last month and everything seemed to go well until we tried to process an order. While in the admin interface processing an offline cc order the cart refused to allow us to "finish" or close the order. This occured for all orders and we have had to fall back onto version 6.
Any insight? What more info do you need?
EDIT: OOPS -- I found an earlier post on this issue.....will implement what it says.

There was a problem with the original importer not filling in some order fields that where supposed to contain a zero, check this posting to see if this could be your problem.
