Jeff wouldn't be in a position to assist with T-Hub. I can't really either but that looks like a normal/correct response (it's very similar to what ShipWorks does). The status code returned was zero, goodness, and there are no orders to be returned (the empty <Orders> element).

THub sent an email asking to investigate kcyptonic configs .... here's his message ..

I need some help from your team to make sure the T-HUB component is setup correctly for this client on your end. Below is url, request and empty response returned from site.

Also ... when I spoke w Misha w THub, he said he'd communicated w Jeff and that Jeff had said he'd had another issue like this earlier in the day...

Let me know if you want me to try the download again after changes if needed on your side. I have the same setup recreated here so can test quickly and confirm.

Jeff will be back in the office on Monday and I'm sure he'll get your message and e-mail then sir.

Thanks ... and finally ... in an attempt to get this expedited we purchased a support ticket ... not sure if was required or not .... our lead engineer, Dave Horton, has not actually created the SR yet, but I do have the proof of purchase....
Our client is getting pretty frustrated .... could you take action to either help with this today or be sure that Jeff or someone reaches out to us 1st am Monday .... we've gotta get this figured out ... Tony

To be clear, I'm showing orders in ClickCartPro7 that are 'pending shipping' and 'not exported to THUB', when I select 'get web orders' in THUB, It gives literally no response and no orders, but then all of the sudden the order in ClickCartPro7 shows as 'HAS BEEN exported to THUB'...I reset the order to 'False, not exported to THUB' and do it again, the same result, no order showing in THUB.

It's been suggested that debug be turned on in T-Hub and that the output of that debug be sent to Manish at T-Hub. Apparently how to turn on debug is detailed on the T-Hub site.

So -- what's the scoop with T-Hub? Is this a viable QB integration solution or what? I spoke with Manish as well, just moments ago, and he speaks of a "module" (script) that needs to come from CCP in order to work this integration solution.
Offline
To integrate T-Hub with CCP you need the T-Hub XMOD for CCP which is available . I can't speak to T-Hubs integration with QuickBooks.
Offline
Wicked -- Thanks for that rapid response!
Offline
lol - got the mod - no luck with t-hub. Maybe it's an SEO (.htaccess) issue?
Offline
I bought this module as well. T-hub is connected but every time i try to import orders it does nothing. no orders are imported. I have tested the connection and triple checked the settings. I followed the instructions to a T.
this is the log file from T-Hub, I am no expert but off the top of my head it looks like the Xmod is not formatting the data correctly. Not sure what to do on this one...
